In BuildAWS Transcribe-based system replacing a daily manual process performed by 20+ court staff. Designed with human-in-the-loop review for accuracy in a legally sensitive environment.
AI Document Processing
ProductionAI document analysis tool for the Coroners Court on AWS Bedrock, processing hundreds of sensitive documents in production. Owned architecture, model selection, security review, and deployment end-to-end.
Copilot Studio AI Agents
PilotBuilt and deployed agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for HR policy lookups and staff queries. First agents now in pilot with live users across court jurisdictions.
AI-Assisted Development
DeliveredBuilt a full-stack document classification application in under a week using Claude Code, and separately built CI/CD deployment tooling the same way. Now training team members to adopt AI-assisted development as standard practice.
